Cool Schools: Cool Spring Erosion

WUSA-TV education reporter Mike Hydeck came to Cool Spring Elementary School to check out how 5th graders are getting their hands dirty learning about erosion. Their teacher, Danielle Spisak, is a participant in the Minority Student Pipeline MSP, a partnership among Prince George's County Public Schools, the University System of Maryland, and Prince George's Community College (and led by USM's Bowie State University). In less than three minutes, this video summarizes some of the professional development for science teachers provided by Minority Student Pipeline MSP and students' reactions to it.
